Friday Fun!!

O.k., so I know that I have not been as good about posting as I should have been.  There really is a lot to tell though.  We have been in this home for almost four months now and we love it more everyday.  We have become really good friends with the Bretz family in our circle.  They are in our ward and they have four daughters and a two year old boy.  Now that the kids are out for the summer we all like to come out after it is dark and ride bikes or sit around and talk.    The kids have really taken to us, they come over about twice a day to see the dog or to walk him.  Kowin is the son and he come over to see the fish.  They have all claimed a favorite fish.  Kowin calls his Koey fish.  The kids have started this new tradition of coming over around dinner time to see if we will take them to the park.  Which has been good for all of us.  They get to go to the park and and we get out of the house and we all get exercise.  So yesterday Kaleah and Shalise came over saying that there family was heading to the lake and they wanted us to come with them.  So Ken and I decided that with no work coming in it would be fun to take the advantage and to head to the lake.    We must have been on the lake for 4 hours but it did not feel like it.  We skied, tubed and swam.  It was so much fun!  We got home around 7 p.m.and barely had time to clean up and eat dinner before the girls were over begging us to take them to the park.  Well we love going to the park but there parents were not around to ask if they could go so I told them to wait for mom and dad to come home.  They left upset, and came back ten minutes later saying that mom wanted to talk to me.  She ended up telling me that they could go.  Well we headed off, thank goodness it is only a five minute walk.  They had so much fun and it was such good weather we hated to leave.  After Ken and I walked back in the front door I asked him if he knew we were trouble when we have our own little girls?  He looked at me, smiled and said "oh yeah, I know because those girls have me wrapped around their little fingers."  We both just laughed and went to bed.
